We’re now on our fourth year of a tradition that I hope will last for years to come. Every Christmas, I take time to pick out my favorite images from the year and print them. I put them in a memory box on a bookshelf in our family room so that they’re easily accessible—not just hanging out in a box at the back of the closet.
I may have gotten a little carried away this year. After taking a photo of Zelda every single day for The Daily Z (some were admittedly better than others as I mixed iPhone photos in with higher quality photos), I labeled and printed out a photo from every single day, plus a few extras that I loved (yes, I’m totally insane, I know). The box is quite a bit bigger than years past (2012-2013, 2010-2011), but it works perfectly as a keepsake box for a few of the special things that we still have from Zelda’s birth, like the little knitted hat she was given at the hospital, and her hospital bracelet.
These are incredible. I would LOVE to have something like this for our family.
these are really pretty! and what a fun way to print and display your memories 🙂
What an awesome idea! I truly need to start doing something like this, and this year may be the best year considering we have another little one on the way. Thank you for such a great idea.
