I have a two-year-old! I’m generally a bit obsessed (maybe even weirdly obsessed) with capturing memories in a variety of ways—I’m just about to wrap up a five year One Line a Day Memory Book, I’ve taken a photo of Zelda every day since the day she was born (although I kind of dropped the ball on actually sharing them in early October), I give Jeff a memory box of family photos every year for Christmas, we started a leap year video project a few years ago that we’ll be doing again in 2016 and I’ve recorded one second video every day since I was seven months pregnant using the One Second Everyday iPhone app.
It probably takes less than a minute each day to jot down a note in my memory book and snag a photo and video, but it’s still a big commitment to keep it going, and I’m so glad that I have.
