I absolutely adore this couple. Renee and Joe have been married for two years, and it was so much fun to watch them interact—from laughing hysterically to sentimental moments. Renee and Joe, thank you for being so genuine. It was great to see you in Chicago!
A Whirlwind Week
House Flipping | Before + After
I come from a family of entrepreneurs. My sister, Adriane (who also happens to be the mother of this cute little guy), works in real estate here in the Lansing area, and she and her husband, Christopher, have been flipping houses and transforming neighborhoods for more years than I can keep track of at this point. Now that I live in the area, I was able to get a closer look at the before and after transformation of their latest project in Lansing’s Westside neighborhood. The vision that these two have is spectacular, and I’m lucky to have them on my side when it comes time to go looking for our first house (which will hopefully be very soon).

Amanda studied art, and it doesn’t take long to realize how talented she is. She created the most amazing DIY details for her spring wedding to Luis at the Michigan State Horticulture Gardens. It was a photographer’s paradise. Every last detail, from the programs to the table settings and flowers were absolutely gorgeous.
Amanda and Luis, I had so much fun with you and your guests on your wedding day, and I wish you all the best on your new adventures out in California!
