I went to my studio today to get my photo gear to bring home so I can do some product work from here. The front door of my studio looks out at the MSU Union, which is now surrounded by police tape and reporters. I taught a class last semester on the first floor of Berkey.

Jeff’s hometown is Oxford. Now we live in East Lansing. Both his alma maters have experienced mass shootings. Talk about too close to home.

Thanks to friends near and far who have checked in on us and our friends in the community. I hate that our students had to deal with this, and I hate even more that future students will no doubt deal with similar situations.
