Headshot Session (15 Minutes): $225

Whether you’re launching a small business or jumping into online dating for the first time, a customized headshot session is the perfect “starter session” to get your first set of professional images to reflect your personal style. Here’s what you’ll get:

• Guidance on hair, makeup, and styling.
• One or two outfits.
• 15 minute studio photography session in Lansing with three quick flow “mini looks” (background/posing variety) or with up to three participants on a single background.
• After the session, you'll see your full gallery of images with basic edits to choose your favorites.
• You'll receive four fully retouched images via digital download.

Group headshots and team photos can be set up on an hourly coverage basis. Choose between environmental portraits and/or or a classic backdrop for on location photos. Studio headshots are also available in Lansing.

We’ll work together to determine how much time to schedule based on your goals and to schedule team members in small blocks to simplify the process.

Headshot and Team Photo Session Options:

• Headshot Session (15 minutes; one to three people): $225 (book online here)
• Mini Session (30 minutes; up to eight people with headshots only, or up to six people with headshots and a team photo): $400
• Full Session (One hour; up to 16 people with headshots only, or up to 12 people with headshots and a team photo): $600
• Each additional 30 minutes (recommended 30 minutes per eight people; extra time is also recommended for a variety of environmental portraits for each person): $200

Mini Branding Session (30 Minutes): $400

A mini branding session is a great starter package for a new business owner. These sessions take place at The Lansing Studio. Here’s what you’ll get:

• Story Session Questionnaire and Branding Session Prep Guide to help plan your session.
• Guidance on hair, makeup, and styling based on your brand color palette.
• Two to three outfits.
• 30 minute studio photography session. Branding sessions take place during traditional business hours.
• All mini sessions take place in the studio. If you would like to take photos on-location, check out longer session options.

Here’s how it works:

1. I’ll send you my Story Session Discovery Questionnaire and Branding Session Prep Guide to dive further into your specific photography needs.
2. You'll finalize your session outfits, props, hair, and makeup, and I'll plan out background colors.
3. After the session, you'll see your full gallery of images with basic edits to choose your favorites.
4. You'll receive ten fully retouched images via digital download.
5. Add additional fully retouched images for $40 per image or 10 for $200

Full Branding Session (60 Minutes): $600

Branding sessions give you a little more to work with as you create ongoing content for social media, your blog, printed materials, and public relations outreach. I’ll take a mix of headshot style photos and environmental portraits. Here’s what you’ll get:

• Story Session Questionnaire to help plan your session.
• Mood board to set the location, color scheme, and style for your session.
• Guidance on hair, makeup, and styling.
• Three to five outfits
• 60 minute photography session in the Greater Lansing area (studio or on location). Branding sessions take place during traditional business hours.
• Add additional coverage to your session for $400 per hour (available in half hour increments).

Here’s how it works:

1. I’ll send you my Story Session Discovery Questionnaire to dive further into your specific photography needs.
2. We’ll finalize our session creative plan and location(s).
3. After the session, you'll see your full gallery of images with basic edits to choose your favorites.
4. You'll receive 25 fully retouched images via digital download.
5. Add additional fully retouched images for $35 per image or 10 for $200

Social Sharing Branding Session (Two Hours): $1,000

Add more variety to your branding session as you create ongoing content for social media, your blog, printed materials, and public relations outreach. I’ll take a mix of headshot style photos and environmental portraits. Here’s what you’ll get:

• Story Session Questionnaire to help plan your session.
• Mood board to set the location, color scheme, and style for your session.
• Guidance on hair, makeup, and styling.
• Up to eight outfits.
• Two hour photography session in the Greater Lansing area (studio or on location). Branding sessions take place during traditional business hours.
• Add additional coverage to your session for $400 per hour (available in half hour increments).

Here’s how it works:

1. I’ll send you my Story Session Discovery Questionnaire to dive further into your specific photography needs.
2. We’ll finalize our session creative plan and location(s) with a session mood board.
3. After the session, you'll see your full gallery of images with basic edits to choose your favorites.
4. You'll receive 50 fully retouched images + ten additional images with basic edits (no retouching) via digital download.
5. Add additional fully retouched images for $30 per image or 10 for $175

Story Session (4 Hours): $1,800

A Story Session will give us time to incorporate more brand storytelling into your photo session to create a full set of your own unique “stock images” for you to draw from as you create fresh content for social media and branding efforts.

• Story Session Questionnaire to help plan your session.
• Mood board to set the location, color scheme, and style for your session.
• Guidance on hair, makeup, and styling.
• Four hour photography session within 90 miles of the Greater Lansing area across up to three general locations (additional $1 per mile driven beyond 90 miles; get in touch for out of state travel).
• Add additional coverage to your session for $400 per hour (available in half hour increments).

Here’s how it works:

1. I’ll send you my Story Session Discovery Questionnaire to dive further into your specific photography needs.
2. We’ll finalize our session creative plan and location(s).
3. After the session, you'll see your full gallery of images with basic edits to choose your favorites.
4. You'll receive 100 fully retouched images + any remaining images with basic edits (no retouching) via digital download.
5. Add additional retouching to images for $10 per image.

Annual Subscription (4 Hours): $1,800 per year/$150 per month

• The Story Session package may be split out across up to four separate dates (e.g. quarterly sessions to create new content for social media).
• Pay only $150 per month, and set up sessions as needed, drawing from your pool of time.
• Save $600 compared to four full sessions.
