Fantasy and Romance Audiobook Narrator Branding Photos

Seeing that I’m currently both in the waiting period between new Bridgerton episodes and currently spending the winter months working through a backlog of cozy audio books, now seems like as good a time as any to share these audiobook narrator branding photos.

Rachel Leblang Joseph is known for her audio narrations of fantasy and romance novels, so she wanted a branding session that would go beyond the basic audiobook narrator and put her in the scene of her heroines.

In short, I couldn’t love this more. Rachel fully committed with styled dresses, a huge stacks of some of the books that she’s narrated in her career so far, and a setting at The English Inn in Eaton Rapids.

Let this be inspiration to those of you who want to get away from typical branding photos and really lean into your unique path. Voice actor headshots, audiobook narrator headshots, author headshots, or really any creative business portrait doesn’t have to be the typical headshot on a gray background. You can make it uniquely you.

New Headshot Option: Single Headshots Now Available in the East Lansing Studio for $150

I’ve had a “secret menu item” for a single headshot in my East Lansing photo studio for a while now, but I’ve had enough requests for this option that I’ve finally decided to take it off the secret menu and make it public for everyone. You can now book a single headshot session directly on my booking page. All headshots are by appointment only.

With that, I’ve made a few changes to simplify the process. Here’s a comparison chart to show you what you get with each session option:

Web Designer Marketing Photos

Jenelle came in for marketing photos in my studio when she was ready to update her website as she transitioned from a virtual assistant and graphic designer to web design. She wanted her marketing photos to align with her brand vision: joyful, feminine, colorful, crisp, clean, and polished.

Jenelle’s pink blazer shows you how pulling brand colors into your marketing images can have a huge impact. That blazer has instant personality. I also appreciated the little touches she added with flowers to pull the brand together.

Lansing Realtor Marketing Photos

February 21, 2024

This was my second time working with Missy Lord and her team on her realtor marketing photos. Her team has been growing, and they were due for updated photos, so we spent two hours getting a mix of headshots for each team member, group photos of the whole team, and candid “stock photos” of the team working together and solo.

These branding photos will be used across the website, social media, and printed marketing materials.

Like many small businesses, it’s important for realtors to have both professional and approachable headshots and branding images to attract new clients. They also need to be a mix of sizes so the team can crop them (e.g. square, circle, etc.), design them into larger pieces, and/or add text to the photos.
